First, recognize the signs. Constant fatigue, reduced performance, irritability, and lack of interest in things you used to enjoy? That’s your cue to pause.

Create boundaries. It’s okay to say “no” to extra tasks when your plate is full. Turn off work notifications after hours. Make your off-time truly yours.

Take breaks—real ones. Step away from the screen. Go outside. Stretch. You’ll come back clearer and more focused.
