Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while supporting our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Managing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
– Providing general administrative support to the team
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory, records and databases
Requirements:
– at least 5 cxc subjects including mathematics and English
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer service software
– Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus!
