JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably
qualified and experienced individual for the position
of Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will be
responsible for the management of administrative tasks and requests
relating to the Credit Operations Unit (Retail).

Contract: Permanent
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 	- Logging
and tracking of correspondence and/or cheques, (Mortgage) to the
Mail Registry.
 
 	- Responsible
for ensuring that the internal systems are functional and log
appropriately to IT Department.
 
 	- Handle
Mortgage Files & Security Documents received from Disbursement
Officer (Mortgage).
 
 	- Label
Loan Files with appropriate account numbers for dispatch to the
Legal Department,
 
 	- Remove
security documents from loan files and make copies before
dispatching to the Legal Department.
 
 	- Liaise
with JN Bank’s internal and external units/departments, as
required.
 
Requirements
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 
 	- Degree
in Business Administration, Banking or related field.
 
 	- Two
(2) years working experience.
 
 	- Knowledge
of JN Bank’s systems would be an asset.
