JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a driven, qualified, and experienced
individual to join our Business Banking Unit as a Corporate Relationship
Manager. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a
portfolio of corporate clients, delivering holistic financial solutions while
contributing to the strategic growth of our loan and deposit portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Portfolio Growth
- Drive growth in the loan
portfolio by promoting and selling JN Bank’s credit products to new and
existing corporate clients.
- Develop deep knowledge of client
businesses and deliver tailored credit solutions.
- Collaborate with the Treasury
& Investment Management Unit to offer clients relevant services such
as foreign currency hedging and cash management.
- Prepare and present credit
proposals and sales plans aligned with portfolio growth objectives.
- Maintain compliance with
regulatory frameworks, including POCA, KYC, and FATCA.
Deposit Portfolio Growth
- Build the Business Banking
deposit portfolio through strategic acquisition of deposits from public
and private sector entities.
- Deliver a high standard of client
relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new
accounts and adherence to all KYC requirements.
- Conduct presentations and
follow-ups to secure new deposit relationships.
Product Cross-Selling
- Promote Treasury and Investment
solutions such as FX trading, forward contracts, and cash management
services.
- Provide timely and informed
updates to clients on deposit returns and investment options.
Business Credit Card Portfolio Expansion
- Promote the Business Infinite
Credit Card to clients within your portfolio.
- Monitor card performance and
support the onboarding process to ensure timely issuance.
CRM Utilization (Salesforce)
- Actively log customer
interactions and engagement opportunities within Salesforce to optimize
pipeline management.
- Leverage CRM data to identify and
pursue loan, deposit, and card opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics,
Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- MBA or similar postgraduate
qualification in Finance (preferred).
- A minimum of five (5) years’
experience in business/corporate banking at the supervisory level.
- Strong knowledge of financial
products, the local and international banking landscape, and regulatory
requirements.
