Objective:
To provide service to existing and potential customers by supplying them with the relevant information about products and services, as well as resolving their issues as they arise.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and service.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints, determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
3. Communicating via phone, email, fax or regular mail with customers and vendors in response to inquiries.
4. Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion and to resolve customer disputes/inquiries.
5. Process and responds to emails sent by customers and performing other administrative duties as directed.
6. Contributing to team effort by responding to customer phone calls in a timely manner and by completing all duties as assigned.
7. Maintains database with accurate customer information.
8. Carry out Credit History Checks on submitted prospect applications.
9. Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative duties. This includes but is not limited to activities relating to the Merchandisers, Van Sales, Promotions and Advertising.
