We are seeking an experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our U.S.-based logistics team. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience working as a U.S. freight dispatcher and possess excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written. You will be responsible for coordinating loads, managing driver schedules, negotiating rates with brokers and shippers, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a remote position, but requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch freight loads to drivers across the U.S.
Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, and shippers to ensure smooth operations.
Negotiate rates and secure loads while maximizing profitability.
Track shipments, resolve issues, and provide updates to customers as needed.
Manage driver schedules, paperwork, and compliance with U.S. freight regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, shippers, and carriers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a U.S. freight dispatcher (minimum 1–2 years required).
Excellent command of the English language with clear and professional communication skills.
Strong knowledge of U.S. freight market, trucking lanes, and dispatching procedures.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems under pressure.
Proficiency in dispatching software, load boards, and Microsoft Office tools.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
