Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our solar products, developing new customers, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell solar energy products including lithium batteries, inverters, and solar panels
Visit potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients
Provide basic product explanations and technical information to customers
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on leads
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willing to conduct field sales and customer visits
Basic technical knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage
Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
A valid driver’s license is an advantage
Compensation
Competitive base salary + commission + performance incentives
