The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability through accurate supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. This role will work cross-functionally to maintain production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency to support service level targets and cost objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure production feasibility and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand, inventory levels, or production constraints.
- Support S&OP reviews by providing supply metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Track and report supply performance KPIs including fill rate, on-time delivery, and supply adherence.
- Maintain planning tools and systems (ERP, dashboards).
- Participate in post-mortems and root cause analysis for supply disruptions.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.

Requirements
Academic/Technical/Management: Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Proficient with planning systems (SAP, Infor, etc.) and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
