Role Overview:
Adlinc Business Services Limited, an outsourcing company aiming to
offer top-tier 24/7/365 dispatch and delivery support to North America, is
seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Overnight Logistics Coordinator to join our
team. This role will be instrumental in providing real-time coordination
between drivers and customers while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders
and efficiently assign them to available contract drivers in relevant
North American cities.
- Utilize mapping and
dispatch software to determine the most effective routes and ensure timely
deliveries.
- Handle inbound calls,
emails, and chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
- Resolve client queries,
issues, and concerns related to dispatch, delivery, and other service
offerings.
- Continuously track the
progress of dispatched orders, addressing any delays or complications
swiftly.
- Handle any post-delivery
inquiries or issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate
records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Must be able to work onsite between the hours of 10pm and 7 am or 11pm and 8am any day of the week.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in
dispatch, customer service, preferably in the logistics, courier, or BPO
sectors.
- Familiarity with North
American business etiquette and cultural nuances.
- Proficient in using
computers, CRM software, dispatching software and tools.
- Ability to multitask,
prioritise, and manage time efficiently, handle high-pressure situations,
and make quick decisions.
- A proactive problem
solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional
communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Must be able to work a
flexible schedule including overnight and weekends as required.
