About the Role

As a Wealth Advisor, you will drive market share growth in your assigned region by delivering tailored financial solutions to clients. This role requires strong client relationship management, proactive sales strategies, and the ability to meet assigned sales targets. Frequent travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve targets.
  
• Build prospecting lists, conduct needs analyses and provide personalized financial planning.
  
• Sell financial solutions to individuals and corporations, meeting both value and volume targets.
  

Client Relationship Management

• Manage and optimize assigned client investment portfolios.
  
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  
• Provide guidance aligned with company strategy and market trends.
  

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze macroeconomic data to recommend suitable client solutions.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations as needed.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).
  

Special Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products and investment strategies.
  
• Excellent sales, marketing, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability targets.
