Production Attendants

A dynamic company within the manufacturing industry is seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working team members to fill the position of  Production Attendants. Successful candidates will support daily production operations by operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials, inspecting products, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.

Candidate should be safety-conscious, quality-focused, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining high operational standards and teamwork.

Duties

Duties include Inspecting finished products for defects as well as packaging finished products according to company and customer specifications. Ensuring production lines remain adequately supplied with raw and packaging materials. Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards in accordance with 6S principles, supporting production efficiency by minimizing waste and promptly reporting issues, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic reading and numeracy skills, CXC, City and Guilds, HEART Trust NTA certification would be advantageous
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be an asset.
• Good work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Working Conditions

• Shift work may be required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
• Standing, lifting, bending, and manual handling activities required.
