Successful candidates will support daily production operations by operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials, inspecting products, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious, quality-focused, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining high operational standards and teamwork.

Blow Mold Machine Operator duties:

The successful team member will be able to safely and efficiently start up, set up, operate, and maintain blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Will monitor machine performance to ensure product quality and optimal production efficiency, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain consistent quality standards for finished products.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations or related technical field.
• Experience working in manufacturing or with Industrial machinery is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Strong safety awareness

Working Conditions

• Shift work may be required, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery.
• Standing, lifting, bending, and manual handling activities required.
