Objective

The Kronos Support role supports the Operations Human Resources functions by assisting with daily HR activities, employee relations, data management, and support of the Kronos Workforce Management system. This role provides hands-on experience in Operations HR, workforce analytics, and timekeeping systems while contributing to efficient workforce management and compliance.

Required Education / Expertise / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or any related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate)
  • Good organizational skills and proactivity
  • Great communication skills and teamwork

Required Experience

  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in any HR and/or Administration position
