About the Role
Adlinc Business Services Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support business operations across the organization.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day systems administration, user support, network management, cybersecurity, and IT asset management while working alongside external IT consultants on larger projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration
-
Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.

Manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
-
Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
-
Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
-
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Network Administration
-
Maintain LAN, WAN, wireless networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
-
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
-
Configure VPN and remote access solutions.
-
Monitor network health and security.
Technical Support
-
Provide first-line and second-line support to employees.
-
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
-
Install, configure, and upgrade computers and peripheral devices.
-
Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other office technology.
Security & Compliance
-
Implement cybersecurity best practices.
-
Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
-
Monitor systems for suspicious activity.
-
Perform backups and regularly test data recovery procedures.
IT Operations
-
Provision equipment for new employees.
-
Manage software deployment and licensing.
-
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
-
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of
3 years' experience
in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Support.

Experience supporting medium-sized business environments.
-
Experience working within a BPO or multi-user environment is an advantage.
