The Role:
Play a key role
in strengthening legal governance across The JN Group.
We are seeking
an experienced legal professional to provide sound legal advice, deliver
corporate secretariat services, and support effective governance across The JN
Group and its subsidiaries. This role partners with senior leaders to protect
the Group's legal interests, manage legal and regulatory risk, and ensure
compliance with applicable laws and governance standards.
Key
Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on commercial, banking,
corporate, employment, regulatory, governance, and other legal matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements,
and other legal documents.

Manage Board and Committee governance processes,
including agendas, minutes, statutory filings, and corporate records.

Monitor legal and regulatory risks and support the
development of effective risk management practices.

Deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance
while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group.

Lead legal projects and identify opportunities to
improve legal and governance processes.

Statutory filings and governance obligations are
completed accurately and on time.

Board and Committee documentation is delivered within
agreed service standards.

Legal advice and contract reviews are provided within
established turnaround times.

Legal risks are identified early, managed
effectively, and stakeholder satisfaction remains high.
What You'll
Bring
-
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Legal Education
Certificate.
-
Minimum of eight (8) years' post-qualification
experience in commercial law, corporate law, financial services, corporate
governance, regulatory law, or in-house legal practice.

At least three (3) years in a senior advisory,
supervisory, or management capacity.

Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal risk
management, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams,
board portal software, document management systems, and legal research
platforms.
