Program Coordinator (CSEC Intensive)

Let There Be Light Christian Residential Academy is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of the CSEC Intensive, a free academic and mentorship program serving students in St. Elizabeth Parish whose schooling was interrupted by Hurricane Melissa.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily logistics, scheduling, and session operations
• Serve as the primary point of safeguarding oversight on-site
• Coordinate tutors, mentors, and administrative staff
• Manage attendance, applications, and family communication
• Report directly to the Founder & CEO

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in education administration, program management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts
• A genuine alignment with a Christ-centered mission

Term: September 2026 through May 2027. Background check and safeguarding screening required before start.
