The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability through accurate supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. This role will work cross-functionally to maintain production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency to support service level targets and cost objectives. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure production feasibility and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand, inventory levels, or production constraints.
  • Support S&OP reviews by providing supply metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report supply performance KPIs including fill rate, on-time delivery, and supply adherence.
  • Maintain planning tools and systems (ERP, dashboards).
  • Participate in post-mortems and root cause analysis for supply disruptions.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain. Abilities; Skills; Experience; Aptitude and Judgement:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with experience using supply planning tools
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Infor) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Excel)
  • Sound judgment in balancing supply continuity with cost optimization
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve conflicts and troubleshoot supply disruptions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proficient with planning systems (SAP, Infor, etc.) and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
