Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role will support various administrative functions, including managing customs documentation, filing, record-keeping, and general office procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance for imports and exports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparing and processing customs documentation for imports and exports.
• Maintain accurate records and organize filing systems for customs-related documents.
• Handle general office duties, including organizing files, managing data entry, and updating internal systems.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
• Communicate with clients, customs authorities, and other departments to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing.
• Provide administrative support to team members and assist in various office functions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and record-keeping (training available).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• A willingness to learn and grow within the logistics and customs field.
