Client Service Officer

JOB PURPOSE

Under the direct supervision of the Client Service Manager the incumbent is responsible for the following.

• Ensure occupancy rate is at the desired level as stated by Management
• Liaise with tenants to resolve complaints and queries as appropriate
• Ensure that properties are secured, and security arrangements are being adhered to at the various locations
• Liaise with tenants on client servicing matters
• Provide necessary support to new clients as needed
• Provide information to prospective clients on the availability of space
• Provide support to Marketing Department in sourcing new clients.

Qualification:

 Education:

• General – Management Studies or Business Administration

Experience:

• Three (3) years relevant experience including Marketing

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral format
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Good customer service skills
• Client focus and ability to network

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with all tenants at the various locations
• Maintain a dynamic, interactive and pro-active relationship with the tenants
• Ensure that the buildings are at the required standard and ready for occupancy
• Communicate with prospective clients and satisfy their needs based on the availability of space
• Address tenant complaints and where necessary forward to Relevant Department for resolution
• Provide orientation to new clients
