Maintenance Contractor - Ocho Rios

Fluence Corp is in need of a maintenance contractor in Ocho Rios to monitor our new, small, waste water treatment plant.
The plant is very automated, so the duties would include a daily visit M-F to observe and record data to the log books, check the equipment, take occasional water samples and verify the facility is operating correctly.
Certain pieces of equipment will be cleaned and serviced per month on a schedule. You will interact with the maintenance people at the resort during your visits. We anticipate these duties will take 10 hours per week.
The candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance, such as light electrical repair, trouble shooting and small motor and pump replacement. The contractor will be available to take after hours emergency calls if the plant is down. The home office provides diagnosis and direction to fix any problems in real time.
We prefer a sub contractor relationship. Contractor must have own transportation, tools, computer and cell phone. You will be required to file short status reports, with pictures, on your computer.
Must write and speak English fluently. Job starts at the end of October and this could be a long term contract.
