We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision makers who are in charge of surplus hospital equipment.
Duties and Requirements
- Follow the suggested script that describes the service we provide.
- Obtain customer information including name, address and contact information for future follow-up and enter the information into the CRM.
Hours/Salary
- 15 to 20 hours per week (Not to exceed 4 hours daily)
- Monday - Thursday between 9:00 am-4:00 pm during the time zone assigned (EST, CST, PST, MST)
- Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST only
- No weekends or evenings hours.
- Hourly rate of $4.00 (US Dollars) plus bonus for qualified leads
- Must have PayPal to receive payments.
Required Skills
- Prior experience making outgoing calls.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Written and Verbal Communication - Fluent in English.
- Computer literate – data entry skills.
- Telemarketing management experience a plus.
Computer System Requirements
- You must have a computer with enough memory and hard drive space to install the Vonage VOIP Phone System, ActivTrak system, and Outlook Email Program
- Minimum Windows version: Windows 10
- Minimum Hard drive space: 250 GB
- Minimum Memory available: 8 GB
- Minimum RAM: 12 GB
- Internet speed up and down: 10 GB down and 5 GB up. A wired connection is needed, as WiFi is not consistent and may at times be insufficient.
