Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday (some weekends required but days off during the week in lieu of weekend worked)

Location: Hybrid - From home and on-site (North Coast)

 

The Role

To assist the Director with the management of the North Coast short term rental portfolio, and general administration. It would suit someone proficient in technology, as your role will include the use of apps and cloud systems. Your role will be focused on dealing with Landlords, suppliers, cleaners and guests. This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Checking cleaning to ensure it has been completed to a high standard
  • Dealing with guest maintenance issues
  • Raising maintenance issues upon detailed inspection of the premises
  • Property inspections
  • Guest queries through booking apps and emails
  • Cleaner transportation
