Restaurant General Manager

The managers responsibility is to plan, direct and oversee all bar and restaurant operations including;

• Managing Staff
• Ensuring Product and service standards are met
• Providing warm friendly customer service experience.
• Ensure that service is atsits abosolute best. 
• Execute recuriting, orienting,training,assigning,scheduling,coaching,comunicating job expectations,planing etc.
• Assit with planning menus and working closely with the chef to be constanlty updating the menus to maximise sales.
• Teching all service staff how to upsell at all time to maximize revenues.
• Action bar sales with a high level of customer service.
• Action inventory control for restaurant and bar.
• Provide weekly/monthly and anual sales reports.
