Liquid Chem and Supplies Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch products and services.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently.
- Identifying sales prospects, following up on leads, and referrals.
- Communicating new product/service opportunities and developments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate sales processes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and concerns.
- Conducting quality checks and resolving client issues.
- Generating weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Managing client accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
- Assisting in developing sales materials and product knowledge.
- Implementing special sales activities to manage inventory effectively.
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned by the company.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Facilitating transportation of finished products and raw materials to/from third parties and the factory.
- Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing initiatives.
- Providing feedback to the management team for process improvements.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements:**
- Proven track record in sales with a thorough understanding of the sales process.
- Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O’Levels, including English and Mathematics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate it effectively.
- Possession of a valid commercial driver’s license.
