Responsibilities:
- Communicating with service customers and assisting them with issues that arise via online chat;
- Provide quality and prompt advice to customers;
- Manage up to five customer chats at a time;
- Support the client throughout their engagement with the company;
- Increase loyalty to the project;
- Internet searches and other operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant;
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace and other office software;
- Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for business communication;
- Ability to work effectively remotely and independently.
