The Role:
Join our
Finance team as an
Accounting Officer - GL
and play a key role in
ensuring accurate financial reporting across several companies within The JN Group.
This position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with
financial data, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
What You'll
Do
-
Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring
all transactions are accurate and adequately supported.

Prepare accruals, prepayments, and other balance
sheet schedules to support timely month-end reporting.

Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations,
investigating and resolving reconciling items promptly.

Record fixed asset additions, disposals, and
depreciation in line with accounting standards.

Prepare audit schedules and provide support during
internal and external audits.

Contribute to maintaining the accuracy, integrity,
and completeness of the general ledger across multiple companies.

Consistently meets critical month-end and reporting
deadlines.

Produces accurate financial records with minimal
corrections or rework.

Reconciliations are completed promptly, with
outstanding items resolved within established timelines.

Delivers reliable financial information that supports
effective decision-making and audit readiness.
What You'll
Need
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Currently pursuing
ACCA Level 2
or an
equivalent professional accounting qualification.
-
Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Excel
skills.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet
deadlines while working collaboratively.
