Objectives and Purpose of the Job:
The role is responsible for providing ID and Access Card Processing and administrative support to the Group Loss Prevention Department. The incumbent will ensure that the administrative matters of the Group Loss Prevention Department are attended to effectively and efficiently and that employees, visitors and Security activities are carried out in keeping with the Company’s policies and procedures, as directed by the Group Loss Prevention Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to facilitate the execution of projects by the Group Loss Prevention Manager.
- Prepare and maintain a spreadsheet to keep a record of all security incident.
- Follow up with line staff about the execution of tasks assigned.
- Collate information and prepare department monthly and yearly reports.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Loss Prevention team on all matters through to completion.
- Prepare and distribute all ID Cards, Gate passes and Access Cards for employees, contractors and visitors respectively.
- Prepare and post all quotations on INFOR for approval, and monitor until the Purchase Order (PO) is approved and issued.
- Prepare requests for replenishment of stocks.
- Provide support to the Loss Prevention team in implementing various projects across the Seprod Group.
- Support the development and monitoring of training for the security staff.
- Liaise with security contractors and prepare security bills and contracts for approval.
- Liaise with departments across the company on matters of any security nature.
- Undertake the typing function to support LPO officers of the group.
- Perform any other related duty as directed by the Chief Security Officer.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
