About the Role:
 We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our AutoShop AI software solution, designed to streamline operations, boost customer retention, and increase profitability for auto repair shops and tire service centers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage auto shops that can benefit from our AI-driven platform
Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery calls or demos for the sales team
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our software to decision-makers such as shop owners, managers, and service advisors
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Research and identify new market opportunities and industry trends
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role (experience in SaaS or the automotive industry is a plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
Comfortable making cold calls, sending outbound emails, and engaging on LinkedIn or other platforms
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Experience using CRM software and sales engagement tools preferred
