Key
Responsibilities:
· Switchboard Management: Answer and route
calls promptly with a target to respond by the 3rd ring. Maintain logs and
ensure a maximum hold time of 30 seconds.
· Client Engagement: Promote JNFM
products/services, guide clients in registering for our online platform
(monthly targets apply), and support Financial Advisors in client care.
· Visitor Assistance: Greet and direct
visitors, log visitor details, and provide updates for clients waiting over 5
minutes.
· Delivery Management: Handle cheques,
courier packages, and contact recipients for timely collection.
· Mail Sorting: Sort and distribute mail
twice daily, prioritizing urgent items.
· Reporting: Provide monthly reports on
client interactions and online platform engagement by the 3rd of each month.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related
field.
· At least 1 year of experience in an
administrative role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general
computer skills.
