Objective
The incumbent is responsible for providing effective administrative, and audit review support to the office of the Technical Operations Manager/Human Resources/Procurements soley related to Third Party Contractors.
Main Responsibilities include:
Administrative and Clerical
- Writing letters, report, minutes etc., as requested.
- Establish and maintain an efficient system of storage and retrieval of documents.
- Assist with telephone queries, messages etc.
- Receive and respond to correspondence promptly
Monthly Operations Report
- Request and report monthly findings from contractor review.
- Ensure that reports from other third-party contractors received on time.
- Compile reports and track compliance.
- Collate and dispatch report for monthly follow ups.
Make Appointments, Arrange Meetings with Internal and External People
- Arrange, plan and coordinate appointments and meetings where necessary.
- Arrange refreshments and ensure accommodation is adequate for meeting.
- Prepare minutes, reports and other documents for meetings/appointments.
Required Education/Expertise/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent interactive skills.
- Adherence to deadlines and targets.
- High quality work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizing skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in the Internal Auditing field.
- Tax Related Knowledge.
- Awareness of local government policies.
