Job Summary:We are seeking Junior IT Support Technicians to provide technical assistance during nights and weekends at our Center. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about technology, eager to learn, and capable of supporting a wide range of hardware and software systems under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents during assigned shifts.Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Support end-users with login issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff as needed.Participate in training sessions to build technical knowledge and skills.Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure equipment is properly stored and secured.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certifications or coursework is a plus.Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems.Exposure to networking concepts and troubleshooting.Experience with remote support tools.
