Insurance Company Ltd. is looking for a motivated Insurance Salesperson to offer life, critical illness, disability insurance, and pension solutions to
clients across Jamaica. If you're passionate about helping others, confident in

What You’ll
Do
· Build your client base through networking,
referrals, events, and presentations.
· Meet with individuals and families to understand
their financial needs and future goals.
· Recommend insurance solutions that match each
client’s situation and explain the benefits clearly.
· Submit complete applications and follow up to
ensure timely policy approvals.
· Deliver policies and stay connected with clients
to help with updates or changes.
· Assist clients and their families with claims
and guide them through the process.
· Acknowledge important milestones like birthdays
and anniversaries to strengthen relationships.
· Attend training sessions, maintain JAIFA
(Jamaica Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) membership, and
complete one insurance course per year.
What Success
Looks Like
· Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
· Submitting at least one complete application
each week.
· Maintaining low policy cancellation rates.
· Delivering policies on time with signed
receipts.
· Conducting yearly reviews with each client.
· Staying compliant with annual training and
professional development.
Requirements
Education
& Experience
- A high school diploma is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing,
or a related field is an asset.
- Experience in life insurance sales is a plus.
- OLT (Ordinary Long Term) certification is an
advantage, but not required.
Skills &
Other Requirements
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
well.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when
handling client information.
- Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage for
client visits and events.
