JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a
detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join the Loan Services
Unit as a Loan Services Officer. The successful candidate will be
responsible for processing and responding to member requests related to loan
account adjustments, statements, redemptions, and related services, while
maintaining high standards of accuracy and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process
requests for retail loan account adjustments, including due date changes,
interest rate revisions, term adjustments, and partial redemptions.
- Prepare
statements to close and other loan-related correspondence such as salary
deduction letters, status letters, and confirmation of loan closures.
- Monitor
daily General Ledger reports to identify and process payments for loan
settlements.
- Prepare
and submit total redemption vouchers and required documentation for
account closures.
- Process
and dispatch life insurance claim documentation for retail credit
facilities to JN Life Insurance.
- Update
internal systems (Phoenix Banking System, Salesforce, CQR) with progress
on loan service requests and member interactions.
- Respond
to both internal and external member queries in a timely and professional
manner.
- Provide
backup support to other areas of the Loan Services Unit when needed.
- Ensure
accuracy and timeliness in all outputs, in line with service level
agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- First Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Experience
in a banking or financial services environment is an asset.
- Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal banking
systems.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
