ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
JN Money, a subsidiary of The Jamaica National Group Limited, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative and marketing support for the JNMS marketing department.
JOB CATEGORY: CLERICAL
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Provide overall administrative support for the marketing department.
·       Receive and log all requests, estimates and invoices that are submitted to the department.
·       Assist with the preparation of memoranda, letters and reports for the unit.
·       Receive, record and appropriately route all correspondence addressed to the unit.
·       Maintain an efficient filing and tracking system for all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
·       Assist with the development and execution of on the ground marketing activities, agent support and special projects as required.
·       Coordinate the various ad bookings, ad contracts and advertising sponsorships with the creative agency, vendors and publishers.
·       Maintain and update catalog of current outdoor signage for Jamaica – inclusive of contract specifications and artwork.
·       Collate, update and maintain the library of brand, campaign and product artwork.
·       Procure, monitor and maintain collateral stocks inclusive of branded items for events.
·       Assist with the development and execution of social media activities and posts where required.
·       Provide general support to the Marketing Team & Senior Manager in the completion of all tasks as required.
·       Assist in the scheduling, coordination and organization of meetings and special events planned by the department.
·       Arrange meetings called by the unit, and prepare minutes of meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
