Our client provides accessible healthcare services and focuses on improving customer experiences through digital engagement. We’re looking for engagement moderators to interact with patients and community members on social media platforms.
As part of the team, you will respond to messages and feedback, including sensitive or negative content, while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. Daily interactions require attention to context, tagging, and internal documentation.
Candidates should have prior experience in high-volume or emotionally heavy engagement queues and be comfortable using moderation tools to escalate, track, and resolve issues. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle negative feedback professionally are essential.
Schedule Needs:
Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
Saturday – Sunday:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
