About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying potential customers for our automotive services, including tire changes, routine maintenance, alignments, and scheduled service plans.

Your goal will be to connect with vehicle owners, understand their service needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutionsincluding our recurring service options that help them stay on top of vehicle maintenance year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and local outreach to introduce our tire and auto services.
  
  

• Educate customers on available service packages, maintenance plans, and promotions.
  
  

• Promote our scheduled service programs (e.g., regular tire rotations, oil changes, inspections) and help customers set up recurring appointments.
  
  

• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on their automotive needs.
  
  

• Schedule appointments for services and consultations with our technicians.
  
  

• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and report on customer trends and feedback.
  
  

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth customer handoffs and high satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related roles (experience in a tire shop or service center is a plus).
  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
  
  

• Ability to learn and clearly explain auto services and benefits.
  
  

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
  
  

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
