JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented, efficient, and service-driven individual to join our Credit Operations (CRMU) team as a Senior Retail Loan Disbursement Officer. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of retail loans in accordance with bank policies, customer agreements, and regulatory standards

Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities

Loan Disbursement and Quality Control

  • Prepare and verify supporting documentation for loan disbursements.

  • Ensure all conditions of approval and executed security documents are in place before disbursing.

  • Confirm that savings accounts tied to transactions are active and relevant documents are prepared and dispatched.

  • Maintain accurate records, update tracking logs, and ensure applications for JN Creditor Life Insurance are submitted.

  • Meet established SLAs and maintain a disbursement error rate below 1%.

System Posting and Data Accuracy

  • Post loans accurately in the Phoenix Banking System and update all required fields.

  • Establish auto transfers and tie loans to appropriate accounts or special RIMS where applicable.

  • Ensure all disbursement transactions align with internal standards and regulatory compliance.

Communication and Member Correspondence

  • Liaise with Loan Officers or Brokers regarding disbursement details, including wired funds, lodgments, or cheques.

  • Prepare and dispatch disbursement letters and relevant correspondence on time.

  • Ensure clear documentation and upload of all communications to both physical and electronic files.

Reporting and JN Life Applications

  • Submit monthly JN Creditor Life Application packages to JN Life Insurance Company without errors or omissions.

  • Assist in meeting monthly disbursement targets and resolving any issues that could delay processing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a financial or lending environment.

  • Knowledge of JN Bank’s systems and loan operations is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking systems.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
