JN Bank Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Youth Banking Officer-Partnerships and Engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To implement strategic initiatives related to
attaining Savings Intake, Targets.
· Assisting management with
planning and organizing regional annual and other strategic sales plans to
include strategic and innovative sales and youth engagement programmes and
activities including:
o JN Youth Programmes
o External Partners
o Youth Series and seminars
o Young professionals onboarding
- Create quarterly strategic financial plans
throughout the JN Youth Programmes.
- Create quarterly Promotional plans for JN Youth
Programmes.
- To assist in driving growth in sales through
customer service and satisfaction, assisting with product sales, business,
financial and marketing goals within their specific role.
- To lend support to the Branches, Marketing
Department and other Units to ensure the attainment of their targets.
- Identifies new and potential markets and makes
presentations of JN’s products and services to customers and prospects within
designated geographical areas.
- Provide assistance to assistant managers in
establishing and meeting sales targets.
- To identify Youth Ambassadors across the
island; to train and coach each ambassador.
- To oversee meetings, strategic planning and
goals for JN Youth Programmes.
- To assist with design a special JN Group
Tertiary Product Value Package for youth members and effectively promote
package at various secondary and tertiary institutions.
- Through interactions and focus groups to
identify emerging needs of youths and
using research to put forward recommendations as to how JN Bank can provide for
these needs.
- Assist with monitoring productivity and
profitability goals for assigned Unit.
- Participate in the development of sales
strategy and initiatives.
Sales Promotions &
Relationship Building
- Coordinate sales promotional activities:
assist in execution of special projects related to sponsorships and JN Events.
- Assist in the development of promotional plans
to drive sales, ensuring that targets are set to measure performance and return
on investment.
- Assist in the setting up of promotional events
to ensure that the JN Brand is highly visible and well represented.
- Provides support for local Branch promotions
and assists with formulating promotions and sales strategies and action plans
for all regions
- Quality acquisition of leads for JN Bank’s
Products & Services.
- Ensure quality sourcing of new customer for JN
deposit products.
- Penetration of contractual savings products to
existing & new customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized Institution.
- 2-4 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of branch operations & sales experience
- Certification in either Project Management, Supervisory Management, Sales, Sales Management or Communications is an asset
