JN Money Services Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Group Compliance team as a Compliance Analyst . This role is critical in supporting the organization’s regulatory obligations, with a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments across business units to identify gaps or areas of exposure.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend enhancements to strengthen internal controls and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Investigate potential compliance breaches, document findings, and support remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are embedded in daily operations.
  • Assist with regulatory filings, submissions, and responses to audits or examinations.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
  • Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices .

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance or risk systems is an asset.
