Construction Project Coordination Officer
within the Credit Risk Management Division.
This role provides critical administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Construction & Property Portfolio Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of construction-related lending activities and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support

Review and assign construction and home improvement submissions from lending officers.

Prepare and distribute inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate site visits with clients and stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure requests are acknowledged and processed within established service timelines.
Project Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor construction projects to ensure alignment with approved plans, budgets, and timelines.

Prepare detailed inspection reports reflecting site visit findings.

Follow up on project observations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Support loan disbursement processes by verifying completed work and documentation.
Technical & Documentation Support

Assist with reviewing Bills of Quantities, valuation reports, estimates, and drawings.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with required standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience in construction coordination, project administration, or a similar role would be an asset.

Working knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and project lifecycle management.
