Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Accounts Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to recover outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
• Accurately document all communication and payment agreements
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly recovery targets
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firm but respectful communication
• Escalate accounts where necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects including English and Mathematics
• At least 1 year experience in collections, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Basic computer literacy
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
