The Plant Assistant - Packaging at Seprod Limited is responsible for assisting in the production flow, ensuring that finished products are packed according to the company's high standards.
- Row up biscuits according to packaging specifications.
- Ensure consistent feeding of biscuits to packaging machine to maintain optimal output.
- Verify that the package and carton contain the correct quantity of products.
- Ensure proper packing of pallets and accurately record details on log sheets.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work area.
- Adhere to Food Safety compliance and relate Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) principles in daily tasks.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary level education.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and follow general instructions.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Capability to detect deviations from normal procedures and demonstrate flexibility, alertness, and coordination.
