Job Title: Sales Representative (Courier & Restaurant Partnerships)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica (Onsite Only)

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Kingston-based team. Our company provides U.S.-based restaurants and businesses with access to our platform, helping them connect with customers who are looking for specific restaurants or services while offering courier service solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving new business partnerships and ensuring restaurants/companies see the value of joining our network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation to identify potential restaurant and business partners in the U.S.
2. Perform independent research to build targeted prospect lists and identify high-potential leads.
3. Initiate contact with decision-makers, present our platform, and secure demo session appointments.
4. Clearly communicate the benefits of our platform to potential partners and handle objections confidently.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hard sales, outbound sales, and cold calling (B2B experience strongly preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.

• Strong research abilities to independently identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work strictly onsite at our Kingston office (remote/hybrid work is not available).

Compensation

• Base pay: $650 JMD per hour.

• Opportunity to earn commissions after successful completion of probation.
