We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support contractor and vendor compliance operations across multiple regions. This role is responsible for ensuring that all independent contractors, vendors, and related partners meet regulatory, contractual, and company requirements throughout the onboarding and engagement lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage compliance processes while partnering with internal teams to support operational continuity and service delivery.
Responsibilities

Review and validate contractor and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors and service providers, ensuring all required documentation is completed and accurately maintained.

Prepare, process, and maintain contractual documents, including service agreements, amendments, and related onboarding records.

Manage and update compliance records within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and document accuracy.

Support payment and documentation workflows by coordinating updates to contractor and vendor records as needed.

Monitor compliance status across assigned regions and proactively address outstanding requirements to maintain operational readiness.

Partner with internal stakeholders, including recruiting and operations teams, to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes.

Assist with training, guidance, and support for contractors, vendors, and internal team members regarding compliance procedures.

Track compliance-related metrics and contribute to reporting efforts that support operational performance.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation standards, and overall compliance efficiency.
Requirements

Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, contractor management, vendor relations, carrier relations, or a related administrative function.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing documentation and data.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using web-based business systems.

Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and compliance management tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.

Comfortable working independently in a remote or fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and accountability.

Experience supporting contractor, vendor, or workforce compliance programs is preferred.

Knowledge of documentation requirements related to licensing, insurance, background screening, or contractor onboarding is a plus.
