The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support within the Loan Services Unit, ensuring the efficient management of loan servicing activities, insurance-related matters, mortgage administration processes, and stakeholder engagement. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Services Administration

Manage assigned loan servicing activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Review and process documentation relating to loan servicing functions.

Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests and enquiries.

Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting requirements.
Insurance & Mortgage Administration
-
Handle life insurance-related matters associated with loan accounts.
-
Vet Statements to Close and ensure timely processing.
-
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding mortgage-related matters.

Support activities relating to Reading Heights and Jamaica Money Market Brokers Mortgage Scheme loans.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
-
Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.

Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the servicing process.
Operational Excellence
-
Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure service standards are achieved.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Loan Services Unit.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established service standards.

Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
