Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute reports (commissions, production, lapse, MDRT, etc.)
• Maintain accurate files and documentation (≤5% error rate)
• Liaise with brokers and agents to ensure updated sales material
• Respond to agent and client queries within established timelines
• Support incentive programs and manage FSC registration documents
• Upsell products to orphan clients through policy reviews
• Deliver accurate service and connect clients to appropriate resources

• Reports delivered on schedule without errors
• Timely and professional communication
• Accurate and complete documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• 1+ year in the Life Insurance Industry (preferred)
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
