JN Life Insurance Company Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Intern - Sales Support. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in the insurance industry, supporting both administrative and customer service functions within our Group and Individual Life teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with policy documentation, proposals, and client records
- Support onboarding and enrollment processes
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Follow up with clients and schedule appointments
- Participate in professional development activities
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
