JOB SUMMARY
Responsible to build distribution and visibility in the assigned area, by assisting the Sales Driver in delivering and merchandising the products sold within assigned routes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in building positive relationships with customers in the down trade.
2. Engage, sell and deliver products to stores.
3. Merchandise products in customer stores to ensure brand visibility.
4. Aid in the implementation of sales initiatives.
5. Assist in the restocking of products.
6. Ensure the truck has adequate stock for sales at all times.
7. Ensure the safe and secure storage of products of the truck.
8. Ensure adherence to stock management procedures.
9. Track customer payments and aid in the collection of payments within the set timeframes.
10. Ensure transactions are compliant with company and government regulations.
11. Expeditiously rectify customer payment disputes.
12. Promptly respond to external and internal enquiries.
13. Adhere to procedural manual and guidelines wen carrying out duties.
14. Prepare, maintain and submit reports as required.
15. Assist in the development and execute strategic plans for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 3 CXC subjects including Mathematics
● Merchandising experience
