JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for building product distribution and brand visibility in the assigned area, growing volumes and revenue to meet or exceed company defined targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Selling specific line of branded products in an assigned territory.
2. Building positive relationships within the down trade.
3. Seeking out new small accounts and building their potential.
4. Merchandising and building brand visibility.
5. Expanding distribution and presence of the assigned products.
6. Collecting from all customers (cash and credit).
7. Bringing opportunities and issues to management’s attention.
8. Storing and protecting company products.
9. Adhere to company policy and procedures with respect to stock management.
10. Ensuring weekly counts are conducted.
11. Monitor inventory movement in order to ensure optimum stock balances to fill customer orders.
12. Expeditiously resolve customer complaints/issues, communicate with all relevant departments and managers to resolve problems.
13. Communicate with Sales and operation teams as required.
14. Prepare, maintain and submit reports as required.
15. Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for the department.
