Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.

In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

As a Senior Associate in the Marketing and Communications team, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to execute a data-driven, pursuit-focused, integrated marketing strategy for designated areas of responsibility, tied to the business issues which are important to our clients.  

Leveraging marketplace trends and powered by the technology of today, you’ll help in the planning, delivery and activation of brand-defining campaigns, events and programmes. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work with diverse teams to optimally position PwC’s brand, driving demand for our capabilities among specific buyer groups and aligning our presence as a thought leader around key business issues facing our clients.  

You’ll also:  

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns incorporating a variety of tactics and channels across the marketing and brand mix, within assigned and approved budgets and ensuring brand standards are met;  

  • plan, coordinate and execute high-profile and brand-defining events including conferences, webcasts and sponsorships, delivering results that support our strategic priorities; 

  • maintain digital and social media channels, including the planning, creation and uploading of compelling content for identified audiences, conduct research and analysis and report key metrics 

  • work with creative and design teams to develop engaging and visually appealing marketing collateral and content, including photography and video and, with appropriate guidance, create artwork and multimedia content using approved platforms and digital tools; 

  • nurture stakeholder engagement through internal and external communications, media and PR, alumni and community relations, and related activities; 

  • manage and coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation and related technology platforms; 

  • prepare and present monthly reports and analyses on marketing campaigns, PR activities, social media and other marketing initiatives, measuring performance against objectives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation; 

  • collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing digital and print assets and other advertising and marketing material; 

  • support the firm’s employer brand strategy, including developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns and advertising to attract and retain top talent and capturing data to report on the effectiveness of initiatives; 

  • provide guidance and help to develop and support internal firm communications and knowledge management; 

  • help to coordinate and report on corporate responsibility engagements; 

  • contribute to the development of a marketing culture that drives revenue for the business;  

  • manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the operations of the function run smoothly.
